Baked Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium pork chops
    1 c. regular rice
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. onion soup mix (1 pkg.)
    2 2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Salt and flour pork chops.
    Brown in a small amount of oil. Put all other ingredients in a casserole dish and place chops on top.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
