Cuernavaca Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    4 drops hot pepper sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. creamed corn
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl, mix cornmeal, salt and soda.
    In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Blend in cornmeal mixture.
    Pour into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
