Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    35 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Break crackers into 4 pieces.
    Mix all ingredients; let set overnight.
    Fry by the teaspoonfuls in butter or oil.
