Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped carrots
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. chopped chicken
Basic Pastry
Preparation

Saute onion, celery, carrots and butter for 10 minutes.
Add flour.
Stir well and cool 1 minute.
Combine broth and half and half; stir into vegies.
Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
Stir in salt, pepper and chicken.
Pour into casserole.
Top with Basic Pastry.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
