Lemon Chicken(A Definite Lemon Flavor) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
salt and pepper
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. white wine (if omit wine, increase broth to 1 c.)
2 large lemons
3 tsp. flour or cornstarch
Pam spray or margarine (to brown chicken)
Preparation

Pound each chicken breast half to an even thickness.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Over medium heat, brown chicken lightly on both sides.
Remove chicken.
To the pan, add the broth and wine; bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, squeeze 1/4 cup juice from one of the lemons.
Combine juice and flour until smooth.
Add to skillet; cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
