Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 lb. brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
1 (28 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
garlic salt
celery salt
Preparation

Day 1:
Line pan with heavy foil.
Place brisket on foil. Pour 1/3 cup liquid smoke over meat.
Sprinkle with garlic, onion and celery salt.
Seal tight and refrigerate overnight.
