Japanese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken breast (2 pieces)
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 head cabbage, finely shredded
2 green onions with tops, chopped
1 pkg. Ramen chicken flavored noodles
Preparation

Prepare 1 day ahead of use.
Bake chicken breast, unseasoned, skin side down, at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (micro, 6 minutes). Dice.
Toast sesame seeds and almonds 10 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
