Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 head cauliflower, broken into small florets and cooked tender
    2 c. heavy cream
    white pepper to taste
    parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Preparation
    Heat butter.
    Add onion and saute about 4 minutes.
    Add broth and cauliflower; heat to boiling point.
    Add cream; do not boil. Season to taste.
    Serves 6.
