No-Cook Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until well blended.
    Put on board.
    Knead until smooth and satiny.
    Tint with food coloring, if desired. Make into small balls.
    Roll in nuts.
    Store in airtight container.
