Ingredients

6 pork loin chops
1 can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
4 to 6 potatoes, sliced
1 can tomatoes
4 slices bacon
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Pam spray
2 medium onions, sliced
