Meat Loaf Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing
1/2 c. beef bouillon
1 lb. ground chuck
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until tender. In a large bowl, combine stuffing and beef bouillon. Add all but the last 2 ingredients. Mix lightly until well blended. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with oregano. Continue baking 30 minutes longer. Serves 4 to 6.
