Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw zucchini, well drained
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar, zucchini and maple flavoring. Set aside.
    Sift all dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Spoon into 2 small loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan, well greased. Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
