Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. butter
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sweet basil leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. Muenster cheese
Preparation

Cook zucchini and butter for 10 minutes, then add parsley, pepper, basil, salt, garlic powder and oregano.
Add this spice mixture to zucchini.
Beat eggs and then add cheese.
Combine all and place in pie shell;
bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let set 20 minutes.
