Butternut Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked mashed butternut squash
3 eggs, slightly beaten
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs, mix well and spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
