My Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 whole yellow onion
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    10 crackers or 4 slices of dry bread
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper to season
    ketchup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Put all ingredients in large bowl (ground beef, tomato sauce, diced onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, bread and seasonings).
    Mix thoroughly.
    Put into baking dish and cover top of meat loaf with thin layer of ketchup. Cover with foil.
    Bake for about 1 hour or until done clear through.
    Serves 5 people.
