Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh crab meat
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. chopped celery
1 small onion, minced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients and toss well.
Combine next 5 ingredients in a separate bowl, mixing well.
Pour dressing over crab mixture and toss lightly.
When ready to serve, place crab mixture on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with noodles and almonds. Serves 6 to 12.
