Promise Branberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. high fiber wheat bran cereal
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. Promise spread, melted
    1/2 c. honey
    1 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. cranberries or raspberries
    2 egg whites, well beaten or 1 egg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 12 muffin cups.
    In a large bowl soak cereal in milk for 5 minutes.
    Stir in Promise, honey, berries, egg whites and cinnamon.
    In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    With a rubber spatula, fold flour mixture into berry bran mixture, just enough to moisten.
    Do not overmix. Evenly distribute among muffin cups.
    Bake 20 minutes or until done.
