Sweet 'N Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) jar Russian dressing
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 (6 oz.) can pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours or at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with rice.
