Amazin' Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 c. chopped peeled apples
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Preparation

Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round cake pans.
In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat first 10 ingredients 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently.
Stir in apples, raisins and nuts.
Pour into pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 45 minutes or until tested done. Cool.
Fill and frost with 2 cups whipped cream.
I use Cream Cheese Frosting.
