Chicken In Italian Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 c. water
2 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation

In a 3-quart casserole dish, place chicken with meat pieces around edges.
Stir together sauce mix and liquids.
Pour over top.
Cover and microwave on High 16 to 18 minutes, until chicken is tender.
Stir tomatoes and mushrooms into chicken.
Microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
