German Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    instant mashed potatoes for 6 servings
    4 oz. carton whipped cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. finely snipped parsley
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Prepare instant potatoes according to package directions, omitting butter.
    Add cream cheese; beat well.
    Stir in 1 beaten egg, onion and parsley.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Transfer to a well-greased 1-quart baking dish or souffle dish.
    Dot with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
