Hummus-I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. garbanzo beans
    2 Tbsp. tahini
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 cup cold water
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    Snipped parsley
Preparation
    Blend beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt, garlic and water. Mix in 2 Tbsp. olive oil by hand.
    Arrange in dish.
    Pour remaining olive oil and garnish with olives, snipped parsley, and paprika.
