Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. medium potatoes, pared (9)
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs (pkg.)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender, drain thoroughly.
    Combine potatoes, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper in large bowl.
    Beat at low speed with mixer until blended.
    Beat at high speed until light and fluffy.
    Pile lightly into a buttered 2 quart casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight if you wish.
