Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 stick butter
2 or 3 c. chopped pecans
1 baked pastry shell
Preparation

Pour milk in saucepan and let simmer.
In a bowl mix egg yolks, sugar and flour, then pour the mixture into milk and let thicken. Pour pecans into the pan.
After the filling gets thick, put in the butter and vanilla.
Then put into baked pastry shell and top with meringue.
