Apple Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. melted fat or cooking oil
    1 c. apples
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Stir in the milk.
    Sift and add the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add the fat or cooking oil.
    Cut up the fruit or vegetables.
    Add to or dip in fritter batter from blender. Drop into hot deep fat fryer at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Drain and serve with syrup, gravy or powdered sugar.
