Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix oil, eggs and sugar; beat until creamy.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to oil mixture.
Add vanilla extract, apples and pecans.
Mix well.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
