Cherry Crunch Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 can Lucky Leaf cherry pie filling
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients for topping.
Set aside.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat eggs until very light and thick. Gradually add granulated sugar.
Beat well after each addition. Stir in melted, but not hot, butter.
Add mixture of flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk.
Beat until smooth.
