Gerry'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. ground beef
6 chopped onions
4 chopped celery stalks
2 green peppers
1 qt. tomato juice
3 drops hot sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 oz. chili powder
4 large cans tomatoes
1 bottle catsup (rinse bottle and add)
3 cans beans
Preparation

Brown beef.
Saute onions, celery and peppers.
In large pot, combine tomato juice, hot sauce, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, chili powder, tomatoes and catsup.
Add beef, onion and pepper mixture to pot.
Cook 3 hours, then add beans. Delicious.
