Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    3 egg yolks
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 beaten egg whites
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oleo together.
    Beat in egg yolks, flour and milk.
    Add juice of lemon and grated rind.
    Fold in 3 beaten egg whites.
    Bake in unbaked crust until firm (30 to 40 minutes) at 350\u00b0.
