Sweet Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 to 12 sweet potatoes (cooked or canned)
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg (small)
marshmallows
cinnamon

Preparation

Mash sweet potatoes with all ingredients except marshmallows and cinnamon.
Place sweet potatoes in a casserole dish and bake for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
Top with marshmallows, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 15 minutes more before taking out of oven.
