Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. \"special\" crab meat
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 to 2 slices bread, crusts removed
1/2 to 3/4 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation

Go through crab meat and check for shells.
Break bread into small pieces; moisten with milk.
Mix ingredients; shape into cakes.
Refrigerate and let set up.
Fry quickly until brown. Makes 4 to 6 cakes.
