Bok Choy Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sesame seeds
2 (3 oz. pkg.) Ramen noodles, uncooked, broken
3 oz. pkg. sliced almonds
1 head (2 lb.) Bok Choy
4 stalks green onions (with tops)
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add sesame seeds, sugar, broken noodles, and almonds.
Brown, stirring frequently.
Cool to room temperature. Wash and chop Bok Choy and onions with tops.
Make dressing of last 4 ingredients.
Combine them and shake in pint jar. Just before serving, toss greens, noodles mixture and dressing.
