Yeast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. warm water
    1 egg
    4 C. self rising flour
    1/4 C. sugar
    3/4 C. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 2 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and add remaining ingredients and then spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Adjust baking time if using a dark, non-stick pan. These make up nicely in the mini muffin tins also. Batter will keep in refrigerator for several days.
