Buck'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
2 cans tomatoes (30 to 32 oz.)
1 onion, chopped
2 cans tomato paste (15 to 16 oz.)
3 lb. lean Italian sausage, sliced
2 cans tomato sauce (15 to 16 oz.)
1 can mushrooms (pieces and stems, 8 oz.)
3 lb. lean ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender.
Add sausage and cook until red color disappears.
Add crumbled ground beef and cook until red disappears.
Add remainder of ingredients.
Mix well and simmer slowly several hours, stirring periodically.
Let cool and refrigerate to allow grease to come to the top and remove.
