Greek Potato Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, boiled
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. butter
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Mash the potatoes with butter and mix with beaten eggs and grated cheese.
    Add the seasonings and blend thoroughly.
    Form the potatoes into patties and dust with flour on all sides.
    Fry in heated oil.
    Drain on paper towels and serve.
