Country-Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cube steak or deer steak
    flour
    salt
    oil
    minced onion or 1 onion, chopped
    1 can Campbell's beefy mushroom soup
Preparation
    Flour and salt meat, then brown on both sides in frying pan. Drain meat on paper towel, then put in crock-pot.
    With meat drippings in frying pan, put flour to make gravy.
    Add soup and 1 can of water and after gravy thickens, pour over meat.
    Add onion. Let cook on high for 1 hour or until meat is tender or on low all day.
