Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew meat
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
16 to 32 oz. whole or stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can beef broth
salt, pepper, garlic and onions to taste
noodles of your choice
beef soup bone, cooked down (optional)
1 c. or leftover canned corn
Preparation

Simmer stew meat in water. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until meat is tender.
