White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 large clove minced garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
4 chicken breasts
small can white corn
2 (16 oz.) cans Great Northern beans, drained
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender and chop.
Saute garlic and onion in oil.
Place all ingredients in large cooker and simmer.
Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese on top of each bowl of soup.
