Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and salt together in a large bowl.
In a pan on stove, bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil.
Pour into dry ingredients.
Add sour cream, eggs and soda.
Batter will be thin.
Pour into a greased and floured 10 x 15 1/2-inch pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
