Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb Sweet Peas
1/2 lb Sharp Chedder
3-4 Sweet Pickles
2-4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
Spices to Taste
Preparation
-
1. Drain peas and place in suitable mixing bowl.
2. Dice cheese and sweet pickles and add to peas.
3. Add 2-4 Tbsp. mayonaise and spices to taste.
4. Mix and chill.
