Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
2 or 3 bananas
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can apricot halves
1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple
2 (10 oz.) cartons frozen strawberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Dice and drain all fruit except strawberries.
Combine in a 2-quart casserole; set aside.
Boil water; add sugar, boil until clear.
Pour over fruit mixture.
Freeze overnight.
Set out 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
Cut in squares (can also be poured into muffin tins with paper liners to make individual servings). Yields 8 to 10 servings.
