Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    2 slices bread
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard or regular mustard
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Crumble sausage and brown.
    Drain well.
    Spread bread pieces in buttered casserole dish and top with sausage and cheese. Combine eggs, milk and seasoning; beat well and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set and does not shake easy.
