Ingredients
    1 golfball sized onion
    1 stalk celery
    2 c. cooked vegetables and 4 oz. tomato sauce (or 1 can undiluted vegetable soup)
    1 small can biscuits
    1 pod garlic
    1 lb. ground meat
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Finely chop onion, garlic and celery. Saute in greased dish in microwave 2 minutes (if cooktop is used, saute until limp but not brown; stir constantly).
    Add vegetables and tomato sauce.
    Brown ground meat.
    Drain off grease.
    Mix vegetables and meat.
    Put into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with biscuits.
    Bake in oven until biscuits are done.
