Cafe-Au-Lait-Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cold skim milk
    1 1/2 c. boiling coffee
    3 Tbsp. semi chocolate chips
    1 1/2 tsp. Sweet-N-Low (6 pkg.)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In medium bowl, sprinkle envelopes of gelatin over cold milk; let stand 1 minute and add hot coffee, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
    Add remaining ingredients until chocolate is melted. Pour into 8 or 9-inch square pan and chill to firm.
    Cut 1-inch squares.
