Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. chicken
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. buttermilk
    3/4 tsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    yellow food coloring
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water with parsley flakes, salt and pepper until tender.
    Remove chicken from broth.
    Debone and remove skin.
