Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded raw zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Combine ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Add zucchini and nuts last.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour into pans and bake for about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
