Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. peanut oil
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    8 tomatoes, peeled or sliced
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3 c. rice
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper; fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain.
    In a heavy frying pan, heat 1/4 cup peanut oil.
    Saute sliced onions until transparent.
    Add sliced tomatoes and saute, then add tomato paste, thyme and cayenne pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add chicken and simmer until chicken is tender.
    Serve over rice.
