German Oat Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool about 15 minutes.
Add 1 cup coconut and 1 cup pecans.
Spread on cake.
