Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. brandy, Amaretto or whatever
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Beat yolks, sugar and nutmeg about 10 minutes.
    Gradually beat in liqueur.
    Cover; chill.
    Just before serving time, place mixture in a large punch bowl.
    Stir in milk.
    Beat egg whites to soft peaks, then cream.
    Fold each gently into yolk mixture. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
