Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburg
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and split into 2 logs.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish and seal tightly with foil.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
